The forged pan
Our forged pans have remained virtually unchanged since 1857! The original, once described as "hand-forged", is today officially called "open-die hot-forged". Made as always and indestructible. Easy to recognise because the pan body and handle are made in one continuous piece. Nothing is welded or riveted on.
