Description

This iron pan is made from a single piece of ‘free-form hot-forged’ iron. This can be recognised by the fact that the pan body and handle form a single unit. Nothing is welded or riveted, and the characteristic surface structure created by the forging process, as well as the dark, reddish-brown or blue-grey shades caused by the heat, are also evident. Slight unevenness in the base of the pan does not affect its function, as the excellent heat conductivity compensates for this.

Can be used anywhere: Turk iron pans are not only suitable for all types of cookers, but also for use on open fires and in ovens.

10-year warranty: We offer a 10-year warranty (from the date of purchase) provided that the pan has been used properly and any defects can be proven to be due to material or manufacturing fau

Durable & robust: Turk iron pans impress with their exceptional durability and robustness, which, with proper care, makes them a kitchen tool for life. Thanks to their excellent heat conductivity, they are perfect for searing. Over time, a natural patina forms on the frying surface, which acts as a non-stick coating and makes frying easier.

Environmentally friendly material: They are made from natural, environmentally friendly materials, free from harmful coatings, and are handcrafted in Germany by skilled artisans with many years of experience. After the initial seasoning, they are easy to care for and require minimal cleaning.

Better with every use: Another advantage of uncoated iron pans is their scratch and cut resistance, as their surface structure remains unchanged even after years of use. With increasing use, the frying surface improves, becoming darker and smoother and developing a patina that prevents sticking and rusting. Once this condition is reached, the pans develop their optimal frying propertie
