Grill plate in hot-rolled steel.

Suitable for grill, oven, gas hob, induction and ceramic hob.

The dark surface is reminiscent of our iron pans – and so is the result: strong roasted aromas and even heat distribution with extremely fast heat-up.

Important: please cover only about 75 % of the grill surface with the plate; 25 % should remain free so that the hot air can circulate.

When using it on a gas hob or an induction/ceramic hob, make sure that the cooking zones the grill plates rest on are switched on. Otherwise the plates may warp or buckle.

Please note: not dishwasher safe. After use, and whenever needed, clean with hot water, dry thoroughly and oil lightly with kitchen paper.
