Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices shown on our product pages include statutory VAT and all other price components.

We deliver within Germany and Europe. For orders outside Europe, please contact us using the contact form.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
For shipping to Austria we charge 6.00 euros, and 25.00 euros for shipping to Switzerland.

The flat-rate shipping charge includes statutory VAT. Because the VAT on the flat-rate shipping charge is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if items with a reduced VAT rate (e.g. books) are bought. The final calculation of the flat-rate shipping charge therefore only takes place during the ordering process, whereby it can only ever be lower in your favour and never higher.

As soon as we have received your payment (e.g. by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or credit card), your order will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. In exceptional cases there may be delays if an item is temporarily out of stock.

Shipping is handled by our logistics partners GLS and DHL.
